Five Signs of Mental Illness


* Long-lasting sadness or irritability.

* Extremely high and low moods.

* Excessive fear, worry, or anxiety.

* Social withdrawal.

* Dramatic changes in eating or sleeping habits.


Emotional and Mental health are important because it's an essential part of your life and it has a strong impact on your thoughts, behaviors and emotions. Being healthy emotionally can promote productivity and effectiveness in activities like work, school or caregiving.
