Reflection Week: Stress Awareness

As we continue to deal with the current pandemic it is imperative that we remain calm and maintain our stress level as best we can.
It is important to spend time with yourself and reflect on where you were, where you are, and where you want to go. We find that the best times to do this is on a walk, sitting outside in a calm environment, in bed before sleep, etc.
Try to come up with a routine to keep your stress to a minimum. Remain conscious of what may trigger your stress levels and deal with them in that moment. Remember to take your vitamins, reduce your caffeine intake and exercise as often as possible.
